Privacy Policy

1. Terms and definitions

• Service (Platform) — the Termin software product, available at termin.org.ua, including the public online booking pages.
• Owner — Sole Proprietor Volodymyr Prokopiv (ФОП Прокопів Володимир Михайлович) (Tax ID 3200203112, 117A Yevhena Konovaltsia St, Ivano-Frankivsk, 76014, Ukraine), hereinafter — "we".
• User (Business) — a business entity (salon, workshop, etc.) that has registered an account in the Service.
• Business's Client — an individual whose data the Business enters into the Service or who books a visit through the Business's public page.

2. General provisions

This Policy defines the procedure for processing and protecting personal data when using the Service and is an integral part of the Public Offer. By registering in the Service or making an online booking, you confirm that you have reviewed this Policy and consent to the processing of personal data on the terms set out in it. Processing is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data".

3. What personal data is processed

• User data: business name, login, email, phone number, account settings.
• Business's Client data: name, phone number, notes, visit history, Instagram username (if available).
• Online booking data: name, phone, selected service, staff member, and visit time.
• Messenger messages: if the Business has connected Instagram/Facebook integration — the text of messages, the sender's name and identifier (see Section 10).
• Technical data: session cookies, IP address, browser data — solely for the operation and security of the Service.
• Payment data: we do not collect or store card details — payment is processed by payment providers (WayForPay, etc.) on their own secure pages.

4. Legal bases of processing

We process personal data on the basis of: (a) the consent of the personal data subject; (b) the necessity of performing a contract (the Public Offer) to which the User is a party; (c) the fulfillment of obligations imposed on us by the laws of Ukraine.

5. Children's data

The Service is not intended for independent use by persons under 16 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. Data of minor clients (for example, students) may be entered by the Business solely with the consent of parents or legal guardians.

6. Purposes of processing

• providing the functions of the Service: maintaining bookings, schedules, the client database, financial accounting;
• carrying out online booking of clients for visits;
• displaying and processing messages from connected messengers;
• communication with the User regarding the operation of the Service and the subscription;
• ensuring the security and operability of the Service;
• compliance with the requirements of the law.

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.

7. Rights of the personal data subject

You have the right to: know about the processing of your data; obtain access to it and a copy; demand correction of inaccurate data; demand deletion of data; withdraw consent to processing; file a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or with a court. 8. Retention periods

Data is retained for the term of the User's account and no longer than is necessary for the purposes of processing. After deletion of the account or receipt of a deletion request, data is destroyed within 30 days, except for data whose retention is required by law (for example, financial reporting).

9. Data protection

We take organizational and technical measures to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction: servers are hosted in a secure data center, connections are encrypted (TLS/HTTPS), access to data is restricted, each Business's data is isolated from that of others, and regular backups are performed.

10. Transfer of data to third parties

Data may be transferred solely to technical contractors to the extent necessary for the operation of the Service:

• hosting provider (server hosting);
• payment providers (WayForPay) — for accepting subscription payments;
• Google LLC — calendar synchronization, if the Business has enabled it;
• Meta Platforms — if the Business has connected Instagram/Facebook: messages sent to the Business's business account are transferred to the Service via the official Meta APIs solely so that the Business can view and reply to them. Meta platform data is not transferred to other parties, is not used for advertising, and is retained no longer than needed for the operation of the function; the Business may disable the integration in settings at any time.

In other cases, transfer is possible only with your consent or at the request of the law.

11. Changing and deleting data

The User may independently change the data of their account and clients in the Service. Deletion of the account and data is carried out upon request to developer.prokopiv@gmail.com in accordance with the data deletion instructions.

12. Data of Businesses' Clients

With respect to the data of Clients that the Business enters into the Service, the owner of the personal data is the Business, and we act as a processor that processes the data on its instructions and solely for providing it with the functions of the Service. The Business is responsible for the existence of grounds for processing the data of its Clients (in particular, their consent). A Business's Client may submit a request regarding their data both to the Business and to us.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy unilaterally. The current edition is always available at termin.org.ua/privacy with an indication of the effective date. Continued use of the Service after an update means agreement with the new edition.
