User Data Deletion

If you are a business (a Termin user)

1. Send a request to developer.prokopiv@gmail.com from the email specified at registration, or provide the business login.
2. We will delete the business account and all related data (bookings, client database, finances, messenger messages) within 30 days and confirm by email.

If you are a client of a business

Data about your visits is entered by the business where you are served. Contact the business directly, or write to us at developer.prokopiv@gmail.com — provide the business name and the phone number under which you are registered, and we will delete your data within 30 days.

Instagram / Facebook data

If you messaged a business on Instagram or Facebook and want to delete these messages from Termin — send a request to the same email indicating your username. Disconnection of the integration by the business also stops the receipt of new messages. Deletion requests submitted through Meta (Data Deletion Request) are processed automatically within the same timeframe.
