Payment and Refunds

What you are paying for

Access to the Termin online service (software for managing a beauty salon) for the selected period — month or year. Current plans are on the Pricing page. The cost is set as the equivalent of the US dollar; the amount payable is calculated in hryvnia at the official NBU exchange rate on the day of payment and shown before confirming the payment.

Payment methods

• By Visa / Mastercard bank card online — through a secure payment service (internet acquiring).
• In cash or by transfer — by arrangement with an authorized representative of the service.

Provision of the service ("delivery")

The service is digital, there is no physical delivery. Access to the service is activated automatically immediately after payment confirmation — in your account on termin.org.ua. The provision time is instant, 24/7, without restrictions by city or country.

Refunds

Refund terms are defined by Section 6 of the Public Offer:

• Amounts paid for an activated and used subscription period are non-refundable, except in cases provided for by the laws of Ukraine.
• In the event of a prolonged (more than 7 consecutive days) complete technical inability to provide access through the fault of the provider — the subscription is proportionally extended for the unused period.
• Send refund requests to the email: developer.prokopiv@gmail.com. The review period is up to 14 calendar days.
